In the bestseller The Innovator's Dilemma, the author exposed the Achilles' heel of many companies: by ignoring the disruptive technologies that evolve to displace them, they help initiate their own demise. In this book, he takes the idea of disruption one step further - explaining how companies can and should become disruptors themselves.
Copyright should probably read c2013. However, it must be noted that what is (probably) an earlier version of this book really was published in 2003. However, this could possibly be a republication of the earlier book, although the pagination doesn't quite match. In favor of this argument is the fact that none of the book's references date after 2003.
