The Illustrator
Andre Frattino is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, where he earned a BFA in Sequential Art. For the past five years he has worked on everything from children's books to graphic novels to video game design. Some of his titles include Here Comes Julie Jack, Tessee Teaches Gravity, Azteca and Lost Souls of Savannah. Andre recently worked with Firehouse Subs developing illustrations for their digital marketing campaign. Andre lives in Florida where he continues to write and illustrate his paranormal adventure series, Flagler's Few.
The Author
Her journey from the stage of Casa Mañana Theatre in Fort Worth, Texas, took her to New York City to conquer the Great White Way! As a young adult she experienced the magic of film, television and off-Broadway theatre. Her greatest role in life was yet to come- Motherhood. With the birth Hannah and Olivia, her two leading ladies, Jennifer's passion and focus would be filling her daughters with confidence and self esteem, so they would SHINE bright in the world. This passion would become her "mission statement " in her highly esteemed performing arts schools. Her new journey would give "EVERY child the chance to SHINE in the spotlight." Her award winning performing arts programs have received tremendous media attention in addition to winning The Nickelodeon(TM) Parents Pick award and the coveted Buckhead Business award. This Atlanta honor is bestowed by the Governor to the entrepreneur of the year. Her three schools include; The Atlanta School of the Performing Arts ( ASPA ), Applause for Kids, and her 501c3 foundation, Curtains Up INC. Ms. Jen prepares some of her students for show business while giving essential life skills to every child that walks through her studio doors. ASPA Alumni have become working actors on Broadway, in prime time television, and on National Tours by the age of eight.
Ms. Jen's 501c3 , Curtains Up INC., is devoted to helping under resourced children develop the skills they need to SHINE in the world around them. Five years ago, she was recruited by a school focused on the challenges facing the Autistic child. She has had the rewarding role of mentoring the Atypical child and helping them learn to communicate in a Typical way. Her desire to empower and equip ALL children has led her to her next JOURNEY, JAMBO"S JOURNEY(TM). Let's save the planet one precious child at a time!
