So... I have experienced what I have come to know as a Soul Awakening and through that process, have discovered an ability to connect and communicate with Spirit. Once I decided that I wasn't going to let it freak me out and that even though my whole existence was coming into question that developing this skill was actually in my best interest, I literally began to communicate with the dead, with Spirit Guides and even with the Spirits of those who are still walking the earth. Spirit communicates most clearly with me through a process I've learned is called automatic writing. Essentially, I write without allowing my own conscious thoughts to interfere with the messages or information I am receiving. I also receive information from Spirit by hearing it, seeing it, feeling it and often by simply knowing things that I don't know how or why I would know. One of the multiple times I asked Spirit why this was happening to me they said this... "It is about making those of you who are still walking in the human experience aware of the love, support and guidance that is present for you. Whether they choose to accept it or not, your job is merely to share what you are given and if you do so with loving intentions, you simply cannot fail."
