Step into the bright blue webbed feet of Bryony; who will show you the world from a blue-footed booby's point of view.
The action takes place in the Galapagos Islands; through Bryony's eyes you meet the different characters and creatures that make this island rich in variety. From Eloise and Maceo the Sally Lightfoot crabs, Ignacio the Iguana, Otto the Octopus through to Bryony's only enemy on the island; Greta the Galapagos Hawk, you are taken on a journey learning about the creatures and the area, as you do so.
Bryony's friends are your friends, including other blue-footed boobies; Blue and Bernado. Also, it is not long before you meet Bryony's closest and daftest friend; Bobo; who is not the fastest learner. This fact does not put Bryony off showing him how to dive bomb. Through Bryony's understanding, subjects like the food chain and nature are simply covered in order to build up an understanding of life on the Galapagos Islands. Other characters such as Ignacio the Marine Iguana and Otto the Octopus meet Bryony; helping you to understand the different characters and creatures who call the Galapagos Islands their home.
The importance and the need to understand that not everyone is born bright, so patience is required shines out when Bryony and Bobo get together. It is not long before you start to wonder whether Bobo is as daft as he may seem? This comes out especially in his encounter with Ernesto the hungry eel who is trying to catch some crabs for lunch. Bryony starts to see changes in Bobo and their friendship.
