He hosts the podcast 'REFLECT The Life You Want(TM)' and interviews fascinating guests who share their life with listeners. Tim is also a real estate professional with eXp Realty. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Tim served as a US Army Officer, led manufacturing operations in Fortune 100 companies, and led transformational changes in several organizations. Originally from the Seattle area, he now calls Wilmington, North Carolina his home. A graduate of Gonzaga University, he is a big fan of college basketball. He completed his MBA while on active duty in the Army and went on to complete a second Master's program with a focus on Applied Behavioral Science.Maria is a health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness coach. She is an entrepreneur who owns her own business, working with corporate executives and partnering with executive health and wellness programs. She ensures business professionals are at their best outside the office, so they will bring their best into the office. Maria is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville. On weekends you will find her traveling the world as a professional musician and speaker with her band and women's ministry, 'His Own'. She is also the co-host of the podcast 'Girl, Water Your Grass'.
