Who is this hypnosis for:
If you are tired of trying different diets with no lasting effect and are looking for a more profound, more sustainable change, this hypnosis is for you.
While diets are concerned with the symptom - the overweight - this hypnosis is concerned with the cause: our inner attitude towards eating and food. As we work in the subconscious with it, the unhealthy habits fall away and the weight loss happens on its own.
How it works:
We are all born with an inbuilt sense of eating in the right way, which helps us maintain a healthy weight. That sense is felt in the body and it "whispers" to us when to eat, what to eat and when we are satiated.
For many of us that sense is lost at some point or gradually, over the years. This phenomenon is aggravated in the last decades by the speed of our lives, the overload of information and the distractions caused by mobile phones, tablets or the TV.
Working with the subconscious is a powerful way to restore the lost connection with the body and this is exactly what this hypnosis does:
- We will directly evoke and awaken the connection with the body and its sense for proper nourishment.
- We will heal the love-hate relationship with food: restoring the full enjoyment of food, less amount will be needed.
- With the help of inner pictures, we will create a different future, one driven more by our inner connection with the body than by impulse and the outside disturbances.
Reconnected with our natural sense of healthy eating, we start to easily recognise when our body needs nourishment, how much and in which amount. The body weight, then naturally drops to its healthy, optimal level and is supported to stay there.
