This is the story of Miguel Alcoreza, a Spanish Moslem boy taken captive by pirates, in the Spanish Caribbean of the late 1600s. Miguel is persuaded to become a cabin boy of a kind captain. Yet Miguel is not just a cabin boy, and quickly proves his worth in combat with sword and cannon. He can act diplomatically, and leads his men into battle. In bed, he was a virgin, and on board he has unusual and funny sexual escapades with males and females.
