A simple guide by an experienced counsellor to overcoming challenges and improving self-esteem, and self worth.
Susan Malone-Hoyle has been a counsellor for over twenty years. She now works in private practice but has previously worked for many charities particularly in the area of addiction and homelessness. She has also been researching and working on low self-esteem as she feels this has had a detrimental impact on society, and is also relevant within the addictions field. She has two degrees and a diploma and has also trained in many other areas within different models of therapy. She is a trained mindfulness teacher and believes it is a valuable tool in supporting mental health issues. Susan is dedicated to support and help people to grow who may not have previously been given opportunities or the right support. Having had a difficult early life, she is passionate about supporting others who may not have had the nurturing and love that they deserved.
