Patrick John Bateman was born in Great Britain, where he attended specialisation and master's courses in haute cuisine and pastry-making from a very young age, also preparing banquets and receptions for British royalty. As a chef he then worked in various countries in Europe and around the world. During his experience in Australia, he learnt the art of sushi from Japanese masters and developed his art bringing his special "signature" to unique and creative dishes. For several years now he has been working in Italy, on the Adriatic coast, where he is a point of reference for all lovers of haute cuisine.
