Stewart Diesel-Reynolds has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Communication. He pastored a church in South Africa for 10 years before immigrating to the United States of America, where he engaged in Hebrew Studies and the study of Ancient Middle Eastern History, under the mentorship of Dr Roy Blizzard Jr, an archeologist and anthropologist and a PhD in Hebrew Studies. Stewart is a twice published Christian Author whose interest and knowledge of the Ancient Near East, has enabled him to write a most thought provoking and inspiring account of the Fall of Babylon and the role played by Cyrus the Great of Persia as stated in the book of Isaiah (44:28). His vivid descriptions and historical knowledge have inspired a book that will make both the biblical and historical record of these events come alive, and draw you in to a story of love and intrigue that you would never have thought existed.
