Inspired from Islamic sources, this is a lyrical story of blessed Mary, mother of Jesus, peace be upon them. The poem is followed by a biographical account detailing Prophet Zachariah's being Mary's guardian, God's special protection and providing sustenance for her, and her superiority to all women.
