With over 12 years of experience teaching English Language and Literature at secondary school level, he is committed to nurturing critical thought, creative expression, and academic excellence in the youth of Malawi.

A holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Education Language and Literature, Lennson envisions education not only as a profession but as a national service. His long-term ambition is to lecture in universities, contributing to the grooming of well-qualified secondary school teachers and aligning education with Malawi's Vision 2045.
