TK Chatterjee, the former UGC (Govt. of India) Research Scientist and retired Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, has been dynamically engaged in Pharmacological and Toxicological research and teaching for the past three decades. Presently, he holds the post of Dean, School of Pharmacy at JIS University, Kolkata. He is the author of more than 160 research papers in journals of National and International repute. DC" (2012), "Rodents for Pharmacological Experiments" (2013), "Antioxidant and Anti-Diabetic Activities of Polyalthialongifolia Leaves" (2013), "Databook for Clinical Pharmacology" (2014), "Quintessence of Pharmacovigilance" (2017), "Essentials of Herbal options" (2020) and "Targeted Drug Therapy in Colon Cancer-An Evidence based Research" (2022) have attracted widespread appreciation from various organisations of Pharmaceutical & Medical communities. Presentation of his research at International conferences in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, U.K, Brazil, and USA are well documented. He has mentored more than twenty-seven Ph.D and forty-seven M.Pharm dissertation thesis the students. He is also a freelance Bio-Medical writer with renowned expertise. He has received multiple prestigious awards like Ram Mohan Puraskar, Aadi Samman, NIMA Award, Nagarjun Puraskar, Outstanding Scientist Award and Asia's Top 50 Academicians & Research Award 2022, National Excellence Award 2023, International Excellence Award 2023 and Indian Glory Award 2023 for his contributions to Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. He is the holder of many patents (Granted & Pending). His research works were regarded in high esteem for embracing in-depth expertise on the relevant topics of his research.
