Hey, my name is Raven.

I'm a gay, ADHD, vegan guy who loves music and telling stories... Oh, and I may have fallen in love with a very handsome man who just happens to be an immortal Power of darkness. My mother, Ever, who narrated much of the story preceding this book, and writes some of this one, too, did her best to raise me (with the help of the others in our family, both two-legged and four-legged), however sadly even she couldn't erase the dark I was born with that rose and clawed its way into my heart.

This is a story about how I tried unsuccessfully to be myself in a world that has never understood me, and how the darkness that trailed behind me for my whole life slowly took over and turned me into someone I never wanted to be.

Primarily though, this is a love story, and readers might expect to have a darkly entertaining time discovering the ups and downs of how I finally found my soulmate, against all the odds.

Human or not, we all just need someone to understand us, and you'll be surprised at how much similarity there can be between two souls who seem so different on the outside... Sometimes it is all just a mask.
