Jeremy Carrette is Professor of Philosophy, Religion and Culture and Head of the School of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh, and is author of numerous books, including Foucault and Religion (2000), Religion and Critical Psychology (2007) and William James's Hidden Religious Imagination (2013). Richard King is Professor of Global Philosophy at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and is the author of various books including Early Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism (1995), Orientalism and Religion (1999), and Indian Philosophy: An Introduction to Hindu and Buddhist Thought (2000).
