Dr. Muhammad Waseem Bari
is a tenured associate professor and the deputy director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Lyallpur Business School, Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Beijing Institute of Technology, China. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, consultant, and corporate trainer, Dr. Bari has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed articles published in high-impact factor journals and maintains an active Scholarly profile. Dr. Bari edited eleven scholarly volumes, including "Impact of Infodemic on Organizational Performance and "Handbook of Talent Management and Learning Organizations: A Post-Pandemic Perspective". Dr.?Bari serves as Guest Editor for Springer and Frontiers Publishers and Article Editor for SAGE Publications, and regularly reviews for leading SSCI journals.
Francesca Di Virgilio
is a full professor of Organization and Human Resource Management at the Department of Economics, University of Molise (Italy). She currently serves as the Rector's Delegate for Knowledge Valorization and Coordinator of the Ph.D. Program in Law and Economics. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate, graduate, and master's levels and collaborates on national and international research projects (including PNRR and Erasmus+ initiatives). She has more than 80 publications in national and international academic journals, as well as chapters in various edited books and books. She has presented more than 40 papers at national and international conferences, including serving as a keynote speaker in expert sessions. Her current research focuses on HRM, organizational behavior, and knowledge management.
Dr. Irum Shahzadi
is serving as an assistant professor (OPS) at Lyallpur Business School, Government College University, Faisalabad. She earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration and has more than 16 years of teaching experience in higher education. Her academic and research interests primarily encompass human resource management, organizational behavior, knowledge management, and workplace dynamics.
