Art Menna, born in 1963 in Sleepy Hollow, NY, spent his childhood in the area and attended Catholic schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Economics from Case Western Reserve University. Menna's nearly 40-year career in the Intelligence Community began at the National Security Agency, where he worked for 17 years. In 2002, he served on the Joint 9/11 Congressional Inquiry, investigating intelligence shortfalls. He authored the technical section of the final report and later supported military intelligence programs at the Pentagon. Menna holds two master's degrees and has traveled to over 55 countries. He resides in Arlington, Virginia.
