A Courageous Journey - Unleash God's Power to Heal Emotional Wounds is a 52-week Bible study designed to help women experience deep emotional and spiritual healing through God's truth. Many women carry wounds from rejection, betrayal, abuse, and the pressure to constantly perform or please others. This study offers a compassionate, step-by-step path toward freedom.

Each week includes five days of personal study with Scripture, guided journaling, prayer, and practical application. The journey is organized around ten core themes (including people-pleasing, broken trust, forgiveness, gratitude, spiritual identity, trusting God, and the power of prayer) helping women uncover harmful beliefs and replace them with biblical truth.
