Every piece of evidence says NATO did this. That's exactly the problem ? it's too clean, too fast, too perfectly aimed.
FSO financial intelligence officer Irena Volkova is given a presidential mandate to find out who actually built this war, hours after learning her own mother died in the attack she's now investigating.
