Tom Ginsburg is the Leo Spitz Professor of International Law at the University of Chicago and the author of five books, including the prizewinning Democracies and International Law and (with Zachary Elkins). He co-directs the Comparative Constitutions Project, co-edits the blog of the International Journal of Constitutional Law, and produces the Entitled podcast. He lives in Chicago. Zachary Elkins is a professor of government at the University of Texas and co-directs the Comparative Constitutions Project with Tom Ginsburg. The author lives in Austin, Texas.
