Francis Boro and Liam Skit are thrown into the world of Izelfeld after being involved in a deadly car accident in the market town of Banbury in the UK.
They have a sand timer watch on their wrists counting down the seven days until their death.
The vicious king Charro Lynptuk has enslaved the people of Izelfeld to build his kingdom and fight those who oppose him.
To survive, Boro and Skit must return the Polyranium Crystal to the Quill Star which controls Charro's invincibility.
As surgeon's under Charro's control in the real world attempt to turn off Boro and Skit's life support, the two friends must work together, not only to save the people of Izelfeld, but also themselves too.
