My book is about surviving the struggles of life that come with love, pain, setbacks, and success. Never give up on your dreams and goals. We live in a world where decisions can make us or break us. Decisions that can affect our relationships with others. Relationships and marriage are not taken seriously, even in the business world. People no longer value love and respect. Families are falling apart with limited amounts of trust. Most people are wearing a mask pretending they love but do not care. We have all faced this at some point in time. We wanted more love from family and friends, but they fell short. Smiling faces are everywhere we go. Most people hide behind the mask. The book Surviving The Struggles of Life helps you overcome pain and setbacks to move you to a happier life. You will start the healing process and growth. It will strengthen you and encourage you to never look back. It will help you recognize your true potential. Your true potential is believing in yourself and letting no one turn you around. This book is about building confidence in yourself. It shines a light on the complexities of life and helps you be in control of your emotional growth. It is about mending broken relationships and moving forward to something better. It is about reclaiming your life that was beaten down by negativity and setbacks. We don't have to stay stuck in the past but continue on our journey to success.
About the Author
The author was born in Norfolk, Virginia. He has ten siblings and later moved to Connecticut at about the age of eleven. His parents were divorced, and his mother remarried. He graduated from Stamford High School. He married after he graduated. His plan was to go to college for business. He always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur after graduation. He graduated from Norwalk Technical College with an associate degree in 2003. His goal was to go back to school after he finished raising his children. He started his home improvement business before he started school at Norwalk Technical College. Later, he went to a four-year college. He attended Sacred Heart University part-time in 2012. He graduated from Sacred Heart in 2019. He started a nonprofit organization to help young men. He taught Sabbath school for the youth at the Seventh-day Adventist Church for thirty years. He enjoys reading and roller skating in his spare time.
