I became a Christian believer at fourteen. It was a decision that I took very seriously. I have loved the Bible since then. At the age of fifty-three, I made the commitment to read the entire Bible every year. I have been faithful to that commitment for close to three decades, learning so much each time I read it. My interest in writing this book is a realized desire to pass along some of what I've discovered.
