Andersone de Sousa da Silva, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, São Tomé and Príncipe. Andersone is a career diplomat and part-time lecturer in Marketing at Universidade Lusíadas de São Tomé e Príncipe. He holds a PhD in Tourism from the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning (IGOT), University of Lisbon, and the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE), where his doctoral research examined tourism development models in Small Island Developing States, using São Tomé and Príncipe as the primary case study.

Francisco António dos Santos da Silva is a Professor at the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (NOVA-ESHTE), NOVA University Lisbon. He is an integrated researcher at the Centre for Geographical Studies (CEG), Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning (IGOT), University of Lisbon, and the Associate Laboratory TERRA, and a collaborating researcher at the Centre for Research, Development and Innovation in Tourism (CiTUR Estoril). He holds a PhD in Geography, specialising in Urban and Regional Planning, from the University of Lisbon.
