Michael Crooke earned his PhD in management under Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and is the Avamere Professor of Practice Emeritus at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. He is also a consultant for enterprises that embrace the philosophy of "Good Business." A former Navy SEAL, he has twenty-five years of experience as a CEO of companies including Patagonia, prAna, Pearl Izumi, and Revolution Living.
